Girls In-House U10
Teams within our U10 age group play in a 7v7 format with goalkeepers.
Our aim is to keep this league in-house, but there may be seasons where we have to partner with other area rec councils to provide sufficient playing opportunities for all teams.
At this age, focus is placed on development of skills such as dribbling, passing and shooting. Players develop scanning skills, and fundamental movement skills with and without the ball.
Ages
For girls born between 9/1/2016 and 8/31/2018.
When
Season will begin in late-August and run through late October/early November.
Where
Practices and Games will be held at Mays Chapel Elementary School.
Practices
Practices are 1 weeknight, chosen by the head coach.
Typically Monday - Thursday
Games
Games will be on Saturday mornings between 9am and 12:30pm.
Jerseys
Team jerseys and socks are provided by the league.

Can I request a friend to be on the same team?
Yes, we encourage you to submit all requests at the time of registration. We will do our best to ensure that we honor all requests to the best of our abilities.
What if I can't practice on certain weeknights?
We ask that you put any requests for practices in the "Special requests" box. This will allow for us to work around schedules to ensure that players are placed on teams with minimal conflict.

Fall 2025
Registrations for all Rec age group leagues will open April 1st through August 15th (or until filled).
Open: April 1st through June 1st Early Bird discount ($10). June 1st, the regular rate applies. Use the code "Earlybird" for discount.
Close: After August 15th, registrations will close. We will only accept registrations for open spots in any age group.
